By accessing or using Alpha Marketer X-17 (“the Service”), operated by Omniscient Labs LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Alpha Marketer X-17 is a SaaS AI marketing agent that helps users create full-stack marketing campaigns. The Service includes persistent per-user agents, campaign generation, onboarding for brand voice and audience data, optional X/Twitter integration using user-supplied API keys, and related features.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
New users receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial, the Service is billed at $49 per month (or the then-current price) unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
If you choose to connect your X/Twitter account, you must provide your own API keys. You are solely responsible for the validity and security of your API keys, compliance with X’s terms and policies, and any actions taken by the agent using those keys. We store your API keys securely within your isolated agent instance and only use them when you explicitly trigger X-related actions.
The Service uses AI to generate marketing content, hooks, copy, strategies, and campaigns. All AI-generated output is provided “as is” for assistance purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before use. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or effectiveness of AI-generated materials.
You may not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others, generate spam, deceptive, or harmful content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of your input data and marketing profiles. We retain all rights to the Service, underlying technology, and aggregated/anonymized data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omniscient Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
